Payment
Orders can be paid by cheque, cash and when ordering online we use PayPal's secured check out server. If you have any queries regarding PayPal's secured check-out facility please visit their website at www.paypal.com/uk and please also read their terms and conditions of use.
Stock and Delivery
Goods will be dispatched to the customer if in stock immediately when funds are received. As these luxury goods are made to order, if they are not in stock then delivery time can be upto 4 weeks, the customer will be notified of an approximate delivery time. If you require your order within 4 weeks plase contact us first before making your order to check available stock.
Returns
Goods can be returned but only as sold in perfect condition i.e. no marks/scratches on soles, no cigarette smoke odour, for a full refund within 7 days. If any problems occur with the goods then they can be returned for replacement / repair or a credit note, no cash refund will be given. Goods being returned postage will be paid for by the customer, no refund will be given on postage. Goods posted will be insured and to be signed for upon delivery by the customer.
